Park in the corporate lot across the street and walk over. The restaurant will validate the parking. Really enjoyed a nice brunch out on the patio. There are fun flavors of lattes and a good variety of dishes to choose from.
We came at open and the waitress was super helpful and they will provide free parking code. I had french toast with churro latte.
This Spanish Latte was actually spiritual. Every single thing we ate and drank was sensational!! Top recs: Santa Ana Burrito, Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and very special shout out to the Vegan Burrito which was extremely flavorful. We also met the owners and had a great convo with them. Good people, good food, good atmosphere... so glad we came here. Also, they validate parking—across the street or in the structure. You’ll figure it out. Just get here now!! Enjoy
This place is so cute with a beautiful patio space, friendly service, and great drinks. Definitely try the coconut cranberry cocktail! The breakfast burritos felt like the perfect amount of food without leaving me feeling overstuffed. Can't wait to come back and try the other vegan options on the menu.
We were in the area for a show and found this spot near by. Its hidden, looking as if it's just an office building, but it has a cute patio as well as indoor seating. There is a parking lot right next to it and they validate as well. Super nice spot! It has a wide range of breakfast and lunch type items. We got the avocado toast and the fried chicken sandwhich. Both which came out quickly and hit the spot after a late night out. We also enjoyed their coffee which was soothing and not too sweet. We really liked this spot and would go back to try something else!
The food is great! Forgot to take photo of my coffee which is also great. Not in a mood to try their mad coffee (e.g. carrot cake coffee, orange, strawberry...etc) in early morning but really appreciate their creativity and braveness to try new stuff the service is good, food and coffee arrived in few minutes. Very efficient.

Glad that we tried this highly rated place for brunch. Comfortable outdoor dog-friendly sitting area which is clean, nicely shaded, with easy listening pleasant music in the background. Friendly and prompt service, they graciously split the food into two plates for us without asking. Our Crab Eggs Benedict was perfectly prepared and served with fresh and delicious salad. Mad Coffee mocha was strong and not too sweet. The croissant was probably better heated first. Tips: parking across the restaurant, bring ticket for validation! Dog-friendly: dog menu available!
